RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final and we do not provide refunds or exchanges, unless item(s) is defective or the order is incorrectly fulfilled.
Exchanges for a defective or incorrect item is based on a direct exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued accordingly.
For returns, please email email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with the following information:

Picture of the defect
Description of the issue
We will get back to you within 1 to 3 working days. Returns should be mailed back to us within 7 working days after our confirmation..
All returns should be sent via registered postage or courier to ensure delivery. The customer is to bear all relevant delivery costs.
Please note that all returned item(s) should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. The Thievery reserves the right not to process any return item(s) that are received in unsatisfactory conditions, or lost in the mailing process.
The Thievery reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns, exchanges and refunds.
